• Key Dates: 
  • Mid-October: Dues notices are sent electronically to membership and the online payment portal is opened.
  • December 15: Deadline for dues and compliance with PLI must be declared.
  • January 1: AAA will follow-up with the practice arrangements that are not in compliance with PLI declaration. 
  • January 30: Notice of cancellation and penalty of 50% of annual firm dues invoice sent to all Registrants who have not declared PLI. Registrants must pay the penalty invoice and declare PLI to remain in compliance. 
  • March 1: Final cancellation sent to Firm Registrants. Note: A PLI declaration without payment of the penalty fee will still result in the cancellation of the practice license.
